The Company was originally incorporated as “SAR Televenture Private Limited” as a private limited companyunder the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated May 24 2019issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre. Subsequently the Company was converted to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders in the extra-ordinary general meeting held on March 21 2023 and the name of the Company was changed to the name of the Company was changed to ‘SAR Televenture Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Delhi on April 13 2023. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U45202HR2019PLC080514. S A R Venture Private Limited and Mr. Deepak Chaudhary were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
