The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on June 14 1995 and obtained the Certificate of Commencement of Business from Registrar of Companies NCT of Delhi and Haryana at Delhi on June 22 1995.The Company proposes to provide a wide spectrum of financial services both fund based and non-fund based. These will include Leasing and Hire Purchase Merchant Banking Advisory Services Stock Market Operations and Money Market Operations like Inter-corporate Deposits Bill Discounting etc.The Company also proposes to provide services of Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents. The Company has applied to SEBI vide Letter dated August 21 1995 for registration to commence activities as Category I Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents.
