RPG Life Sciences Board approved a multi-faceted restructuring of its API business. The API division will be sold to its WOS, RPG Active Pharma Ltd. (RPGAP). RPGAP will raise Rs.243.33 crore from India Life Sciences Fund IV and Vistaject Fund, and acquire Actis Generics for Rs.80 crore.
