Pursuant to a resolution of our Board dated March 22 2024 and a resolution of our shareholders dated March 27 2024 our Company was converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act and consequently the name of our company was changed to “Ravelcare Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 14 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
