The company was incorporated on 30th March 1963 as aPrivate Limited Company under the Companies Act 1956with Registrar of Companies Uttar Pradesh Late B.J.Agarwal Shri N.K. Agarwal and Shri J.K. Agarwal were theoriginal subscribers to the memorandum of the Company.Being a private limited company the company was entitledto commence the business immediately on the incorporationof the company. The company was converted into a publiclimited Company vide special resolution passed on 27thAugust 1994 and certificate of incorporation issued on25th October 1994. Mr. S.C. Agarwal the present ManagingDirector was appointed on the Board on 10.04.1963. Underhis leadership and technological guidance the company''stechnological capabilities turnover & profitability haveincreased significantly. Since Shri S.C. Agarwal is thedriving forces behind the success of the Company he can beregarded as the sole promoter.The company manufactures industrial castings of variousgrades of steel/stainless steel and super alloys viz.Cobalt/Nickel/Tungston based metallurgy. The castingsmanufactured by the company are used in various industriesviz. valves and pipe fittings pumps cement fertilizerchemicals and petro-chemicals thermal and nuclear powermining and geology railways road and sea transport etc..Since incorporation the performance of the company has beenprogressing steadily and during the financial year 1993-94the company achieved a sales turnover of Rs. 1138 lacs.The unit is presently located at Aishbagh and spread overan area of 11860 sq. mts. and it employs 201 persons. Thecompany has not faced any labour/closure problems in thepast.
