Premier Polyfilm Ltd. (PPL) was incorporated on 17th ofJuly 1992 and having its registered office at C-4Commercial Centre Safdarjung Development Area New Delhi -16. The certificate for commencement of business wasissued on 4th August 1992. It has set up a project atSahibabad Distt. Ghaziabad UP at a total capital cost ofRs. 960 lacs for manufacture of 6600 MT p.a of PVC filmsand sheets for various thickness and rigidity. The projectwas financed by a term loan of Rs. 383 lacs from IndustrialDevelopment Bank of India Equity of Rs. 472 lacs andunsecured loans/deferred payment to creditors of Rs. 105lakhs. The Public Issue of Rs. 210 lacs was made inJanuary 1994 and the shares are listed on Delhi BombayJaipur Calcutta and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges. Thecommercial production was commenced on first November 1993.
