The Company was Incorporated on 17.11.1994 in the name andstyle of "Peeti Securities Private Limited" under theCompanies Act 1956 at Paras Chambers Opp. HSEHimayatnagar Hyderabad. The Company was converted into aPublic Limited Company vide Special Resolution underSection 31(1)/44 of the Companies Act 1956 passed at theExtraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on06.12.1994 and approved by ROC dated 27th January 1995.The Registered Office of the Company was changed to 6096th Floor Swapnalok Complex S.D. Road Secunderabad - 500003 from 6th February 1995 by theResolution of the Board of Directors. The Company hasalready commenced operations.
