The Company was incorporated on 21st July 1986 under the name and style of Paragon Finance & Plywood Industries Ltd. and certificate for commencement of business was obtained on 30th July 1986. The name of the company was changed to Paragon Finance Ltd. and consequent to change in name a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 16th August 1993 from the Registrar of Companies West Bengal at Calcutta. The company is engaged in leasing and hire purchase of heavy and light commercial vehicles cars investment in shares and securities and short term financing. The company has its presence in West Bengal and Bihar. It has its registered office and corporate office at Calcutta and Branch offices at Ranchi and Ramgarh Cantt. Since 1990-91 the company is consistently making profit. As on 31.1.95 the company has more than 500 lacs as stock on hire and leased assets.CURRENT BUSINESS The company is engaged in hire purchase and leasing of automobile vehicles including cars HCVs and LCVs. The company is also engaged in investment in various securities share trading and financing business.SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY The Company has no subsidiary.
