The Company was incorporated on 22.08.94 as Marine Integrated Finance Pvt. Limited with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat at Ahmedabad and the name was changed to Marine integrated Finance Limited w.e.f 30.11.1994 and obtained change of name Certificate on 07.12.94.PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYCompany has started investment leasing bill discounting trading in shares and securities and has already deployed Rs.200.00 Lacs for the activities and has earned Rs.48.19 Lacs in the period from 22.08.94 to 31.07.95. Till December 1995 promoters contribution will only beavailable for deployment.Further the company is deploying its own funds from time to time to achieve the targeted projections and plans to deploy contribution funds before the end of December 1995.
