It wasconverted into a public limited company vide special resolutionpassed at its Extra Ordinary General Body Meeting held on 2ndAugust 1994. The Certificate of change of name consequent uponthe conversion of the Company into a limited Company was issuedon 2nd September 1994. As the Company was incorporated as aprivate limited Company no certificate of commencement ofbusiness has been issued.The Company is engaged in the business of financial services andits main activities are Investment Banking services andInvestment Management Services. The Company has been authorisedby SEBI as Category I Merchant Banker. The Company has alsoentered into a technical collaboration with Bernard Herold & Co.U.S.A.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe Main objects of the Company as set out in its Memorandum andArticles of Association are as under:1.
