Design Centre Private Limited vide certificate of incorporation dated May 4 1992 bearing registration number 21-55341 issued by the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Further the name of our Company was changed to “N R Vandana Tex Industries Private Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 31 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
