Underwriting Syndication of loan Leasing and HirePurchase The company was later converted into a public limitedcompany by passing a special resolution in the Extra Ordinarygeneral meeting held on 23rd August 1994 and a fresh certificateof incorporation has been obtained from the Registrar ofCompanies New Delhi on 5th September 1994.Ever since its inception the company''s major activity has beenthe sale and purchase of the shares and the debentures of thelisted companies. To take advantage of the conducive environmentin the capital markets the company has been applying inIPOs (Initial Public offerings). It has bought the shares in thesecondary markets also. The company has the policy of investingin Growth shares and its portfolio is well diversified andincludes growth stocks like that of Nagarjuna Fertilisers J.CTInternational Travel House etc.Apart from investments the company has not undertaken any otheractivity in a significant way.
