Our Company was originally incorporated on July 08 2014 as a Private Limited Company as “Nephro Care India Private Limited” under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies West Bengal. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on December 26 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Nephro Care India Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 5 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Central Processing Centre.
