• Buyback size: ₹72 Cr

Ensure you own shares before the record date of 28-Feb-2025. If you haven’t yet, open free demat account to participate. Access your trading platform during the tender period, and submit your application with the number of shares you wish to tender.

To sell Nava's shares in a buyback:

1. Verify your eligibility based on the record date of 28-Feb-2025
2. Calculate the number of shares you can tender
3. Log in to your Choice trading account
4. Navigate to the buyback section
5. Enter your tender details
6. Submit your application
