The Company was originally incorporated on January 29 2013 as “Narmada Agrobase Private Limited” vide Registration No. 073468/ 2012-2013 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Gujarat Dadra and Nagar Havelli. Further the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from “Narmada Agrobase Private Limited” to “Narmada Agrobase Limited” vide Special resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 05 2017 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 11 2017 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.Key Events and Mile Stones2013- Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of “Narmada Agrobase Private Limited”2017- Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated December11 2017.
