MOS Utility bonus share

To receive MOS Utility’s bonus shares, you must be a registered shareholder on the Bonus Share Record Date of 26-Sep-2025.

To qualify:

• Your name must appear in MOS Utility's shareholders' register
• Shares must be held in your demat account or physical form
• All shares should be fully paid up
