MOS Utility bonus share

To receive MOS Utility’s bonus shares, you must be a registered shareholder on the Bonus Share Record Date of 14-Oct-2025.

To qualify:

• Your name must appear in MOS Utility's shareholders' register
• Shares must be held in your demat account or physical form
• All shares should be fully paid up
• Purchase of shares must be completed before the bonus share ex-bonus date of 14-Oct-2025

• The theoretical post-bonus price would be ₹50
• Your total investment value remains unchanged
• The number of shares in your portfolio doubles
