History of the companyThe company was originally incorporated as Milestone Furniture Private Limited on March 12 2014 under the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai. the company was subsequently converted in to a public company and consequently name was changed to Milestone Furniture Limited (MFL) vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated July5th 2016 issued by Registrar of Companies Mumbai. The CIN of the Company is U36912MH2014PLC254131.The company was incorporated by our Promoters- Mr. Ganeshkumar S. Patalikadan and Mr. Digambar S. Songhare with an aim of running manufacturing and marketing of furniture business. As a part of business growth the Company registered with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai on 12th March 2014 as Milestone Furniture Private Limited.Currently we have a head office and a sales office located in Mumbai Maharashtra. Both the promoters of the company are having more than 10 years of experience in furniture making and designing interiors. The Company has fully equipped Factory and warehouse at Chandivali Andheri. The total manufacturing facility of the company amounts to 8000 Sq feet. The company provides the right kind of furniture that is practical and affordable as well as attractive and enduring.
