Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passedat the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 25 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to MeeraIndustries Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company wasissued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on March 09 2017.
