Our Company was originally incorporated as “Manoj and Company Trading Private Limited” under the provision of Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of Incorporation dated December 12 2006 bearing Corporate Identity Number U51909MH2006PTC166147 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. Thereafter The name of our Company was changed from “Manoj and Company Trading Private Limited” to “Manoj Ceramic Private Limited” vide special resolution passed by the members at the Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on October 13 2018.
