The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in November 1994 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 25th November 1994.PRESENT BUSINESS The Company started its business activities in the year 1993 with advisory services in the field of project financing corporate loans and investments. The main areas of operation include preparation of project reports and syndication of loans from banks and financial institutions.SUBSIDIARIES The Company does not have any subsidiary as on date.
