Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Kataria Industries Private Limited’ as Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 11 2004 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27300MH2004PTC146201 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra. On October 23 2012 registered office of company is shifted from Maharashtra to state of Madhya Pradesh.
