The Company was originally incorporate as Vaishali Pharma Pvt Ltd at Mumbai Maharashtra as a Privae Ltd Company under the Provision of Companies Act 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 25 2008 bearing CIN U52310MH2008PTC181632 issued by the Registrar of Maharashtra Mumbai. On July 01 2008 The Company acquired the business of proprietorship concerns of the promoter Atul Vasani viz. M/s Vaishali Pharmachem through Business Assignment agreement.
