Further our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of our Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on June 03 2022 and the name of our Company changed from “Usha Financial Services Private Limited” to “Usha Financial Services Limited” & Registrar of Companies Delhi issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated October 12 2022.
