Incorporated on 16th September 1992 as a public limitedcompany Minda Industries Ltd. obtained Certificate ofCommencement of Business on 3rd November 1992 fromRegistrar of Companies Delhi & Haryana. The company ispaying dividend for the last three years consistentlystarting from 1993-94. The company is carrying out itsoperations units situated B-64/1 wazirpur industrial areaDelhi 34-35 K.M. G.T. Karnal Road village Rasoisonepat and 37 Rajasthan Udyog Nagar Delhi besides officesat Madras Pune and Bangalore. It took over the runningbusiness of partnership firm M/s Minda Industries (MI)w.e.f. 18/03/93. Partners of MI are Sh. S.L. Minda Sh.N.K. Minda and Smt. Sarika Minda. Minda Industries wasengaged in the business of manufacture & trade of autoelectric parts since 1958. In terms of agreement betweenMI and the Company dated March 15 1993 all the assets andliabilities standing in the Balance sheet of the firm as onMarch 17 1993 were taken over (except land and buildingwhich were taken on long lease).
