The Company was originally incorporated at Indore Madhya Pradesh as a private limited company in the name and style of "Uniinfo Telecom Services Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated October 19 2010 issued by the Registrar of Companies Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
