The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956on the 9th June 1995 as SOFCOM SYSTEMS LTD. and obtainedcertificate of Commencement of Business on 16th June 1995.Sofcom Systems Ltd. was established to provide consultancyfor software development in the form of services turnkeyprojects and the products for domestic and export market.The software development is targeted towards thedistribution banking telecommunication and manufacturingsectors worldwide. The company is planning to providesoftware maintenance re-engineering and downsizing ofsoftware application in these market segments.SSL has signed a MOU with M/s Krislon System Sciences Pvt.Ltd for opening of franchise (Computer training Institute)at Jaipur under licence from Informatics Holding Ltd.Singapore. Informatics is a multinational organisationwith presence in 16 countries worldover headquarters inSingapore.
