Our Company was originally incorporated “Slone Infosystems Private Limited” on December 29 2022 under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with certificate of incorporation issued by Assistant Registrar of Companies Central Registration Centre for and on behalf of the Jurisdictional Registrar of Companies. Subsequently our Company acquired the business of ‘M/s Sam Computers’ a sole proprietorship of Mr. Rajesh Srichand Khanna one of the Promoters of our Company as a going concern in terms of the Slump Sale Agreement dated March 01 2023.
