The Company was incorporated as “ETECHACES Marketing and Consulting Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 1956 with a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (“RoC”) on June 4 2008. Subsequently the name of the Company was changed to “PB Fintech Private Limited” pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation issued by the RoC on September 18 2020 to emphasise the nature of the fintech business.
