NILE LIMITED was originally incorporated as a privatelimited company with the name Navabharat IndustrialLinings and Equipment Private Limited on 18th May 1984 andwas later converted to a public limited company with thename Navabharat Industrial Linings and Equipment Limited.The name of the Company has been changed to NILE LIMITEDwith the approval of the Central Government vide freshcertificate of incorporation dated 16-09-1994.The Company commenced commercial production in July 1987and has been engaged in the primary objective ofmanufacture of glass lining of equipment for use in thebulk drug pesticide insecticide dyastuff chemical andfine chemical industries.The Company has technical collaboration with M/s. HakkoSangyo Company Limited Japan. The glass composition andproperties of the Company''s products conform to Japanesestandard J/IS-R-4201.
