Since its incorporation theCompany is engaged in Investment and Securities Tradingactivities.The Company is having its representative Offices at BombayJaipur and Ludhiana to provide the facility of buying andselling of shares on spot payment basis.For the smooth function of the share trading operationsarrangements have been made with the brokers at DelhiJaipur and Ludhiana to facilitate the buying and selling ofshares by the Company and its authorised representatives.The company is presently having arrangement with M/s.Ashwani & Associates Delhi and M/s. Gambhir & AssociatesJaipur for transacting business of its clients throughthese broking firms.The company has been granted registration to act as TradingMember on the Capital Market segment of the National StockExchange.
