Hindustan Tin Works Limited (HTWL) an existing profit makingcompany was incorporated on 11/12/1958 as a Private LimitedCompany under Companies Act 1956 for manufacturing andtrading of tin/metal containers tin sheets. In the year 1958 theCompany took over the assets of a partnership concern namedas Hindustan Tin Works which was manufacturing tin/metalcontainers since 1952.The Company has not faced any significant labour problems andthere was no closure on account of the same. PRESENT BUSINESS OF THE COMPANYThe Company is presently engaged in the manufacture of tincontainers with an installed capacity of 6500 Mt p.a at A-10Site-lV Sahibabad Industrial Area Distt: Ghaziabad.MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANYThe main object of the company as set out in the Memorandumreads as under :-To manufacture buy sell import manipulate exportmanipulate treat prepare and carry on all or any of thebusiness of tin Box Sanitary Cans Curtain SpringsDecorated Containers Bifurcated Rivets Zip fastenerLight hand shoe tacks Shoe Eyelets Military Petrol TinsDrums and printing of boxes made of tinplate or othermaterial sheet iron and tinplate workers and japannersCard Box makers photographic printers Tin goods Steelgoods of all description varieties whether propelled byhand machine electric power or any other means.Hindustan Tin Works Ltd. is presently managed by a Board ofDirectors under the Chairmanship of Shri Vijay Kumar Bhatia.The other members of the Board are S/shri P. MurariS.S.Kanwar R. Miglani R. Somani K.K.Khullar A.K.Bhatia Anil Bhatia Sanjay Bhatia (Managing Director) andGaurav Bhatia. The day to day affairs of the company are looked after byShri Sanjay Bhatia with the assistance of well experiencedand qualified team of professional''s. The procurement ofraw materials is managed by Shri V.K.Bhatia MarketingPlant operations Industrial relations Administration.Accounts and Finance are looked after by Shri SanjayBhatia.
