The company has subsequently obtained the certificateof commencement of business on 17th March 1993. Thefactory of the company is situated at Aroor VillageSadasivpet Mandal Medak district A.P. The unit iseligible for incentives like State Subsidy Sales Taxdeferment and Power Tariff etc. as the unit is beinglocated in Notified Backward Area. The main objects of thecompany is to carry on the business of manufacturingselling of bulk drugs and formulations which are fully setout in its Memorandum and Articles of Association and arealso mentioned below in this prospectus.M/s Everest Organics Limited envisages to set up a projectwith a total outlay of Rs.1850 lakhs for Manufacturing BulkDrugs namely; Para Hydroxy Phenyl Clycine (PHPC) (totallyan Import substitute) Omeprazole Ciprofloxacin at AroorVillage Sadasivpet Mandal Medak district A.P. As per theschedule given in the project appraisal the plant will gointo Commercial Production by the end of September 1995.However the management is confident of implementing theproject ahead of the timeframe given in the implementationschedule and starting Commercial Production by July 1995i.e.; 2 months ahead of schedule.
