The Company was incorporated on 11th day of June 1993 as aPublic Limited Company with the Registrar of Companies inUtter Pradesh with the main object of providing diagnosticand therapeutic services including Magnetic ResonanceImaging (MRI). The company obtained certificate forcommencement of business on 2nd August 1993. The Companywas incorporated with an authorised capital of Rs. 200.00Lacs which was subsequentiy increased to Rs. 500.00 Lacsfrom time to time. In the month of October 1993 the companyacquired a constructed building at 1 Saket Meerut forestablishing the Diagnostic Centre. The renovation of thesite has already been completed. Diagonostic equipments inthe Urology and Cardiology sections have already beeninstalled and are in operation. The first case ofTherapeutic services un urology section has beensuccessfully performed on 10/ 01/95.
