It was subsequently converted into a Public Limited company on 19th January''95 vide special resolution dated 21st December 1994 in terms of Section 31(1)/44 of the Companies Act 1956.PAST FINANCIAL PERFORMANCEThe Company is yet to commence commercial production. There is no revaluation reserve in the books of the Company as on 26th December 1995. There is no bridge loan/other financial arrangement for incurring expenditure on the project that is to be repaid from the issue proceeds.
