Pursuant to Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 05 2015 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to ?Junction Fabrics and Apparels Limited? vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24 2015 Issued by the Registrar of Companies Coimbatore Tamil Nadu.
