Our Company was originally incorporated as ‘Esprit Stones Private Limited’ a private limited company under Companies Act 2013 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 19 2016 issued by the Central Registration Centre. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our shareholders at an Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on January 12 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 5 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Rajasthan at Jaipur consequent upon conversion recording the change in name of our Company from ‘Esprit Stones Private Limited’ to ‘Esprit Stones Limited’.Major Events and Milestones:2016-Incorporated as Esprit Stones Private Limited2017-Established our Company’s Manufacturing Facility I with 1 quartz pressing line and 1 calibrating and polishing line-Company made its 1st export sales2019-Increased its production capacity by installing 2nd quartz pressing line at Manufacturing Facility I-Launched ‘Haique’ as its brand for luxury surfaces2020-Crossed annual turnover of ?10000 lakhs-Installed 3rd quartz pressing line at Manufacturing Facility I2021-Crossed annual turnover of ?14000 lakhs-Established our Company’s Manufacturing Facility II for quartz grit and powder manufacturing-Invested 51% shares in Addwaya Chemicals-Incorporated our wholly-owned subsidiary HSPL-Incorporated our wholly-owned foreign subsidiary Haique Inc.2022-Established our Manufacturing Facility III-Commenced commercial operation from our Manufacturing Facility III-Commenced commercial operation from our Manufacturing Facility IV2024-Conversion of our Company from a private limited company to a public limited company
