It is presently engaged in the activities of OTCEI dealership Public Issue Co-ordination Corporate Counselling and Investment and Trading in Securities.THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY1.To act as Share brokers to become Member and Dealer Broker and Sub-brokers of any Stock Exchange Investor Association and Dealer Association.2.To buy sell deal trade invest in shares and securities.3.To act as portfolio managers consultants advisors coordinators administrators merchant bankers OTC dealers Fund finders boughtout dealers lead managers.4.To act as project consultants collaborators.PRESENT BUSINESSThe company is at present engaged in the business of Stock Trading Investment in Securities lending for securities investment and trading and OTC operations.The company is also establishing Branch network in A. P. Tamilnadu and Pondicherry.OTCEI OPERATIONSThe Company has invested in the company Yashasvee Financial Services Private Limited promoted by the promoters of Yashasvee Securites Limited having invested Rs 9.00 lakhs making the company a subsidiary. By arrangement with YFSthe company has already started the business of broking and OTCEI operations.
