Our Company was incorporated as “Eleganz Interiors Private Limited” as a Private Limited company in Mumbai under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 18 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra Mumbai. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on September 11 2023 and the name of our Company was changed to “Eleganz Interiors Limited” A fresh certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion from a Private Limited company to Public Limited company dated November 17 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.
