Subsequently the Company hasbeen converted into a Public Limited Company and the nameof the company has been changed from Dipti Alloy Steel Ltd.to Deepti Alloy Steel Ltd. vide fresh certificate ofincorporation dated 10-05-1995 from the Registrar ofCompanies Gujarat at Ahmedabad.The company has already set up the project formanufacturing M.S. Ingots by induction meeting process andstarted the commercial production on 25-01-1994.
