The Company was incorporated as Dynamic Dyes & IntermediatesPvt. Ltd. on 10th March 1989 under the Companies Act 1956 andconverted Into Public Limited Company in the name of DynamicDyes & Intermediates Ltd. vide Resolution dated 15th October1994 and fresh Certificate of change of name dated 9th November1994 was obtained from Registrar of Companies. GujaratAhmedabad. Subsequently the name was changed to DynamicIndustries Ltd. on 10th November 1994.The company has been promoted by Mr.Deepak Chokshi Mr. HarinMamlatdarna and Mr.Deepak Shah.The company commenced commercial production in January 1991 withinitial installed capacity ot 240 MT p.a. for manufacture ofDirect dyes. In the year 1992-93 the installed capacity wasenhanced to 300 MTA by installing balancing equipments.
