The Company was originally incorporated on December 23 1997 as “Dev Information Technology Private Limited” vide Registration no. 033479 under the provisions of the Companies Act 1956 with Nagar Haveli. Further pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 06 2017 the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of Company was changed to Dev Information Technology Limited.
