The name of our Company was changed to ‘Deccan Transcon Leasing Private Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 12 2013 was issued by the RoC Andhra Pradesh. Our Company was then converted into a public limited company under the Companies Act 2013 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to ‘Deccan Transcon Leasing Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 27 2024 was issued by the RoC CPC.
