DCM Shriram Q4 net more than doubles on one-time tax gain; declares dividend
DCM Shriram Limited reported a 112% year-on-year increase in standalone net profit to ₹371 crore for Q4 FY26, primarily supported by deferred tax gains and an exceptional item reversal. Revenue for the quarter rose 9% to ₹3,212 crore. For the full fiscal year 2026, the company's revenue exceeded ₹13,796 crore and net profit rose to ₹837.55 crore. The board also recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹11.20 per share.
