Our Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name and style of ‘Avana Electrosystems Private Limited’ under the Companies Act 1956 pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated July 16 2010 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Bengaluru Karnataka (RoC). Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 09 2024. our Company has been converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed to ‘Avana Electrosystems Limited’ and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated December 17 2024 has been issued to our Company by the Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is: U31400KA2010PLC054508.KEY EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2010- Incorporation of the Company on July 16 20102014- Purchase of vacant land measuring 6492.50 sq. ft. at Peenya Industrial Area2016- Purchase of freehold land of 4020 Sq. Mt. of KIADB land2018- Accredited with ISO 9001:2015 certification for our Quality Management Systems for design manufacture supply testing and commissioning of control & protection panels protective relays substation automation systems up to 400kv and switchgear and its associated accessories.2019- Received an order from Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited (UPPTCL) worth Rs. 7 Crore2024- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited
