Pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders in the ExtraOrdinary General Meeting held on May 24 2024 our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of our Company was changed to “ANB Metal Cast Limited” and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 6 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. The present CIN of our Company is U27300GJ2019PLC106972.Major Events and Milestones:2020- Purchased aluminium Extrusion Press of 1400 Tons and 650 Tons Capacity2021- In-house development of Die department2023- Manufacturing more than 2000 products for various industrial purpose.
