The Company was incorporated on June 19 2014 as Accord Synergy Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 with Certificate of Incorporation bearing Registration Number 079847 dated June 19 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 8 2017. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to Accord Synergy Limited was issued on February 23 2017 by the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad.
