The Company was incorporated as AAA Technologies Private Limited a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated 03rdOctober 2000 at Mumbai issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Mumbai. Subsequently the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders at an EGM held on 16th July 2020.
