Registered shareholders who own A-1’s shares on or before the record date of 05-Sep-2025 set by the company are eligible to receive the dividend. You will not be entitled to the payout if you purchase shares on or after the ex-dividend date of 04-Sep-2025.

You can expect to receive A-1’s dividend in your bank account linked to your Demat account within 25 to 45 business days after the record date of 05-Sep-2025. The record date is when A-1 identifies eligible shareholders for the dividend payment.
