Our Company was originally incorporated as “3B Films Private Limited” a private limited company under the Companies Act 2013 with the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”) Gujarat pursuant to Certificate of Incorporation dated September 03 2014. Subsequently our Company was converted into Public Limited Company and name of company was changed from “3B Films Private Limited” to “3B Films Limited” pursuant to a special resolution passed by our shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 14 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Central Processing Centre Manesar dated June 21 2024.
