PVV Infra Bags Two NHAI Wayside Amenities Projects in Madhya Pradesh
PVV Infra Ltd announced that it has received two Letters of Award (LOAs) from National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML) for the development, operation, and maintenance of Wayside Amenities (WSA) projects in Madhya Pradesh.
What Happened and Why It Matters
PVV Infra received the two LOAs on July 30, 2026, from NHLML for Wayside Amenities projects under the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) model on a lease basis.
The projects are located along:
- NH-44 (Gwalior–Jhansi) in Madhya Pradesh.
- NH-752D (Ujjain–Garoth) in Madhya Pradesh.
Under the concession agreements awarded by NHLML, PVV Infra will be responsible for developing and operating the facilities during the concession period.
PVV Infra Expands Presence in Highway Infrastructure
- Growth Opportunity: The projects mark another step in PVV Infra's expansion into the highway wayside-amenities segment and strengthen its participation in India's infrastructure development.
